Job summary Yeovil Hospital and its Emergency Department aim to deliver excellent standards of care in an appropriate and timely manner to all patients that require medical or social care. Progress chasers are key to the flow within the Emergency department, tracking patient journey and helping them move through the department by chasing ay delays that occur. The role work very closely with the nursing and clinical team.
