Job summary This role is a highly sought-after opportunity for experienced project managers preferably already working in digital transformation. Main duties of the job Under the guidance of senior Digital Transformation staff, the successful candidate will be expected work collaboratively with operational and clinical colleagues and the wider digital team to support the re-design of services to improve the outcomes of our patients, citizens and families that we serve, as outlined in the Health Board's strategy CTM 2030. Candidates will be expected to have some experience of managing technical and clinical digital transformation projects within a healthcare environment. Skills including; excellent engagement and stakeholder management, leadership and the successful management project and directorate resources contributing to project delivery. In particular, the post holder will have specific project management responsibilities, often working within tight timescales and competing demands. As a proactive and positive member of the team, the post holder will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of key transformation project objectives which will enable and support the vital work of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB).
