Job summary THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT UNTIL 31/03/2026 DUE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE. The post holder will work within the Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Directorate to provide comprehensive project management support to the Online CBT project. A pivotal member of the project team and as such will be involved indeveloping project documentation, business cases, stakeholder engagement and Board-level reports and presentations. Responsible for ensuring reporting requirements are co-ordinated and meet the needs of the project and that updates to multiple detailed plans are managed effectively. Responsible for supporting the Project Manager, Business Manager and work stream leads, to deliver the objectives of the project, working with a wide range of stakeholders across Powys and pan Wales. Main duties of the job Expected to maintain all related project documents for the project in line with the Programme Management Office and organisational standards, drawing on knowledge gained through attendance at project management training or previous experience in a similar setting. Utilise highly developed administrative, data analysis, time management and organisational skills to ensure the project delivers against a backdrop of challenging timescales and conflicting priorities. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
