Your role: As a Property Services Officer, you’ll be at the heart of Thomas Deacon Academy’s operations ensuring the security, safety, and functionality of our buildings and grounds. From managing heating systems and supporting contractors to carrying out essential maintenance and porterage duties, your work will directly support the daily life of students and staff. You’ll also play a key role in upholding health and safety standards and responding to the practical needs of the academy with initiative and care. You have experience in maintenance or a similar role, and you are confident using a range of tools and can work both independently and as part of a team. A full clean driving licence is essential, and knowledge of health and safety procedures is a must. If you have a relevant trade qualification or experience in an educational setting, that’s a bonus.
