About the role: Our Organisation are looking for someone who will be responsible for ensuring children on our school contract routes are delivered safely and securely to their destinations. You will be required to be responsible for ensuring efficient solutions for children and young people to meet the increasing demand for services through developing and implementing innovative, cost effective solutions as well as securing new business and winning new contracts and securing new staff to grow the business. You will be responsible to work with our team and steer the business in the right direction. You must be confident, good with numbers, great communicator and familiar with Microsoft Office. About you: We are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate excellent judgement in analysing problems and working and consulting with parents and schools to secure support and commitment to a course of action or different way of thinking. You’ll have the opportunity to develop on your existing skills by researching and analysing information and have sufficient knowledge to accurately assess whether a pupil with complex SEND is eligible for travel assistance and to determine the form that assistance should take.
