Registered Branch Manager – Domiciliary CareLocation: Bishops StortfordSalary: £45,000 per year + 10% performance-related bonus Job Type: Full-time, PermanentJob OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead a high-performing domiciliary care service in Bishops Stortford. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable leader with a proven background in home care management. The successful candidate will oversee a busy care operation delivering 4,500+ care hours per week, managing a team of 230+ carers and approximately 20 office staff. The branch holds an Outstanding CQC rating and has ambitions to grow to 5,500–6,000 weekly care hours over the next 12 months.
