Key Responsibilities: Work clinically as a member of the multi-disciplinary team to provide 24-hour cover within a duty rota. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, providing an individual woman-centered plan of care. Effectively communicate with women and their families, colleagues, and the wider multidisciplinary team. Promote the standards of the Baby Friendly Initiative and assist women in establishing their lactation and feeding techniques. Collaborate with other agencies to address Safeguarding Children, Domestic Abuse, Mental Health, and Substance Misuse issues.
