Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Team Lead to join our Reservations team based in Hemel Hempstead. You will join us on a full-time, fixed term basis covering a period of maternity leave, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits. Main duties of the job About the role Your responsibilities will include: To lead the patient reservations service ensuring the scheduling of patients requiring clinic appointments and/or surgical procedures is efficiently and effectively delivered. To supervise the reservations team ensuring operational requirements of the service are accurately completed on a timely basis. Current and consolidated experience in administration services ideally within a healthcare setting. Experience of dealing with the general public and supervising staff.
