Full-Time Days | Salary: £24,473-£26,128 DOE + Qualifications This is a vibrant and welcoming 10-bed residential service for adults aged 20-30 with a range of communication and support needs. All individuals have communication difficulties and use a variety of communication aids . Some individuals are wheelchair users and may require physical support for daily activities. We believe in empowering individuals with dignity and choice - and we're looking for Support Workers who can communicate creatively, show compassion, and make every day meaningful. What You'll Be Doing No two days are ever the same. You'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team helping residents thrive. Tasks include: Supporting with personal care , medication , and moving & handling Using alternative communication tools to connect with residents - Essential Assisting with daily routines, activities, and community involvement Being a reliable, respectful, and uplifting presence Shift Patterns We keep things structured and flexible: Weekdays: 7am-3pm or 3pm-10pm Weekends: 12-hour shifts (e.g., 7-7, 8-8, 9-9, or 10-10) Rotas are published 2-3 months in advance so you can plan ahead What We're Looking For We're looking for experienced Support Workers who: Are confident using a range of communication aids and techniques and can demonstrate this Have experience supporting people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and complex care needs Are ideally qualified with Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work toward it - we'll support you to gain these qualifications) Perks & Benefits You'll be part of a team that truly cares - and we make sure to care for our team too: Cycle to Work scheme Travel card support Free enhanced DBS Ongoing training & development On-site parking Sound like your kind of role?
