At GP Automate, we’re not just another health tech company – we are transforming primary care through automation, giving valuable time back to General Practice teams. Our platform currently supports over 150 GP Practices – a number set to nearly double in the coming year – and we're looking for an entrepreneurial, ambitious, and resourceful sales executive to join our growth team. You’ll be our ‘founding’ sales hire on the growth team, working closely with the CEO, Head of Growth and Customer Success to convert prospects to free trial, helping to define the systems and processes that power our sales motion. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years' experience in SaaS or startup sales, who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Key Responsibilities Own the sales cycle from first contact through to free trial sign-up Build and optimise sales processes across both individual GP Practice and PCN/ICB deal types Partner with onboarding and customer success to ensure smooth handovers Identify and develop sales materials to support conversion Collaborate with Marketing to run nurture and re-engagement campaigns Attend industry events with the CEO Maintain high data hygiene in Attio (CRM) and report on lead and free trial KPIs Regular feedback loops with operation and customer success teams Candidate Requirements 3–5 years of experience in SaaS or startup sales, ideally within <30-person organisation - bonus if you’ve worked in healthcare or regulated sectors Strong communicator with internal and external stakeholders Organised, process-driven and proactive Comfortable in an early-stage environment with limited handholding Confident networking in person, taking initiative, and leading follow-up Experience with tools like Attio, Loom, Slack, Notion, Calendly, etc. Why join GP Automate?
