Key Responsibilities: • Provide strong and effective leadership to the Digital Technologies department. • Develop and implement innovative teaching and learning strategies. • Ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment. • Monitor and evaluate student progress and implement appropriate interventions. • Lead and support the professional development of the Digital Technologies team. • Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the College. • Maintain accurate records and adhere to college policies and procedures. Essential Requirements: • A degree or higher, preferably in a Digital Technologies-related subject. • A recognised teaching qualification. • A strong track record of delivering outstanding teaching, learning • Proven ability to demonstrate effective leadership qualities. • Subject specialist knowledge in Digital Technologies. • Excellent organisational and communication skills. • Ability to inspire and motivate others.
