Due to internal promotion we’ve got an exciting opportunity to join the Albion family as a Senior Carer at our Children’s Residential Care Home in Spalding. About the Role As a Senior Carer (known internally as a Residential Care Officer Level 3), you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children and young people who have experienced trauma and adversity. Our homes are built on a foundation of trauma-informed practice, social pedagogy, attachment theory, and therapeutic care models - all designed to support healing and growth. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Complex Needs Mental Health Link Workers, to develop and implement personalised therapeutic care plans that make a real difference. As a Senior Carer at Albion Street you will be leading a team of 14 Carers as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
