Job summary DUTIES OF THE POST Antenatal clinic Gynaecology clinic 2nd on call duties for acute gynaecology Acute gynaecology Operating under supervision Rota commitment is 1:8 on call. Main duties of the job You will be required to work an average of 48 hours per week, including on call for the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Airedale General Hospital and within the Airedale catchment area if required. The post holder will participate in a 1 in 8 middle tier non-resident on call rota. There is an on call room available on site. The on call night is followed by a 24 hour post duty day off. Responsibility for the rota rests with the senior middle grade.
