Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Band 6, Staff Nurse for Wiltshaw Ward. The ward has 17 en-suite rooms and a procedure room, providing specialist facilities for the care of Haemato-Oncology patients, with a nursing patient ratio of 1 to 3 patients. We deliver SACT, Autograft transplant and cellular theraspies (CAR-T, TILS). The successful candidate will be an experienced registered Nurse with the vision and passion to optimise high quality patient care. Being a leader and role model, you will work together with the Manager and the other nursing team leaders to help foster good communication and improve processes to enhance the patient pathway. Main duties of the job 1. To coordinate and supervise a shift, communicating effectively with members of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality, evidence-led care to patients.2.
