We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our wholesale and distribution store. Duties and responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets and provide excellent customer service. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth daily operations. Oversee day-to-day store activities, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times. Monitor inventory levels, restocking as needed, and conducting regular stock checks. Coordinate with the distribution team to manage incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently. Create a welcoming and customer-centric environment, addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and meet or exceed revenue goals. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers, promotions, and events. Monitor and manage store expenses, including operating costs and payroll, to maintain profitability. Prepare and analyze sales and financial reports, presenting findings to upper management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Maintain a safe and secure store environment by enforcing safety protocols and guidelines. Provide training to new hires, ensuring they are well-informed about company products and procedures. Skills Required: Previous experience in a managerial role within a retail, wholesale, or distribution environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with staff and customers. Proficiency in inventory management, sales analysis, and basic financial reporting. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to store operations. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
