We are changing the way we work as a Strategic People Partner Team, moving to a commissioning model. You will be linked to one of our three Care Groups as a commissioning point and then as a team we will work together to maximise teamwork, skillsets, passion and impact. You will also work on Trustwide programmes of work linked to our People Priorities. You We know that these priorities use different skillsets and knowledge bases - we welcome applications from those who may have experience in one such area and demonstrate a real passion for developing their skills in the other. The successful candidate will work as an autonomous Strategic People Partner and senior member of the People Directorate, coaching and influencing practice and behaviour at the most senior level to deliver safe, effective patient care. You Will Lead on the delivery of Our People Promise and People Directorate priorities. Contribute to the budget setting process and support the Associate Director on maximising financial and operational efficiency within the overall People Directorate budget. Deputise for the Associate Director of People; attending meetings, committees and forums and representing the Trust in meetings with external organisations as required.
