Main duties of the job The successful candidate will work as an autonomous Strategic People Partner and senior member of the People Directorate, coaching and influencing practice and behaviour at the most senior level to deliver safe, effective patient care. Contribute to the budget setting process and support the Associate Director on maximising financial and operational efficiency within the overall People Directorate budget.
