At Nacro, we work with students who may have struggled in mainstream education — often due to SEND, safeguarding risks, or personal challenges. What will I be doing as a Student Support & SEND Lead? As a Student Support & SEND Lead, you’ll be a consistent, trusted adult guiding students through barriers and back into learning. - Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead within your centre - Lead on EHCP reviews and oversee the delivery of inclusive SEND support - Collaborate with Programme Leaders, Local Authorities, families, and external professionals - Line manage Learning Support Assistants and help create a nurturing, respectful learning culture Who we are looking for? - Has experience in safeguarding, SEND, and multi-agency working - Communicates with empathy, clarity, and confidence - Can lead others while staying grounded in the needs of students - Believes that education opens doors — especially when others have closed Join us at Nacro, where your leadership helps students build stability, confidence, and the future they deserve.
