Job Description To apply for this position click here Ticketing Services Supervisor Usher Hall Salary: £25,322 - £27,727 Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks We are looking for a Ticketing Services Supervisor to join the team and assist in the supervision of the box office service at various venues. Evening and weekend work essential. Significant experience of working in a computerised ticketing operation for a busy, high profile arts organisation, is essential. Experience of Spektrix ticketing system is desirable. The post-holder will be required to work evening and weekends. The successful candidate will be able to evidence a track record of high quality customer service and experience of working in a fast-paced environment. Good organisational skills as well as excellent people management skills, including dealing with members of the public, are essential.
