Working as a Triage Practitioner within the NHS East Riding Talking Therapies Service you will be gathering and giving information to the local population . Main duties of the job The Service supports people aged 16 and upwards in the community providing a range of recovery focused interventions for people with mild, moderate and moderately severe common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression. The service provides a stepped care treatment approach. This triage process involves: Taking live calls from the public to the service, Reading online referrals . Booking assessments. Liaising with other professionals and the team. Gathering patient feedback.
