Sherwood Forest Hospitals have an exciting opportunity to join the Gynaecology team at King's Mill Hospital as a Triage Co-ordinator! The role provides administrative support and coordination of high quality patient care to those affected by gynaecological cancer. The successful candidate with be a point of contact for patients throughout their hospital attendance to ensure accessible and customer focused care. You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to ensure administrative support throughout the patient's journey at Sherwood Forest Hospitals. Key Responsibilities Include Contacting patients by telephone to confirm upcoming appointments Proactively monitor and optimise the booking of all clinic Liaise with Consultants, Doctors and Specialist Nurses as required Provide a patient centred and timely and efficient response Organise, plan, and prioritise workloads sufficiently and effectively If you are passionate about ensuring high standards of patient care and want to make a difference in those undertaking cancer treatment, we encourage you to apply for this role.
