Job summary Reporting to the Senior Health and Safety Manager, this highly proactive role will support the management of Health and Safety across the Trust. Your principal role will be to support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System whilst undertaking a regime of training, continual auditing, monitoring and review. You will support the Trust you will review policies and procedures in relation to Occupational Health and Safety. You will promote, at all times, a strong 'Safety Culture'. Main duties of the job To support the Health and Safety Team in the promotion of a consistent approach to the management of Health and Safety across the Trust through helping managers to develop local policies, guidelines and audit criteria which will assist staff in complying with Trust Policies and Statutory requirements.
