Job summary As a valued member of our community nursing team, the role will involve providing high quality care to our patients in their own homes Work will be delegated by a registered nurse and will include all aspects of healthcare delivery that are appropriate for your scope of practice. There is a requirement to demonstrate excellent communication skills; using these skills to engage with patients who often may exhibit complex and at times challenging behaviours and needs, to ensure the most appropriate care and support is provided. There is an expectation that the role will adhere to local and organisational policies and procedures when undertaking your work.
