Job summary An excellent opportunity has become available to be part of our Community Mental Health Service in Luton. This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified professional to expand in their skills, expertise, multi-agency liaisons and autonomous practice. Luton CMH Hubs have transformed and created a multi-disciplinary and multi professional triage service which caters for support requests coming from our partner agencies. We would welcome a forward thinking individual to add to the dynamics of this front door service and the overall functioning of the CMH Hubs. Evidence of post registration continued professional development, qualifications or equivalent experience Educated to degree level or equivalent experience Experience Essential Previous experience of Management and Clinical Supervision , including annual appraisal Previous experience of organisational change Previous experience of service development, quality improvement and of bringing innovation and new ideas to practice The ability to assertively engage with service users who maybe distressed and presenting with complex clinical needs & associated risks Knowledge and Skills Essential Excellent knowledge and understanding of CPA.
