The post involves travelling to various sites in the community setting including GP Practices, and therefore the ability to meet the travel requirements is a pre-requisite of this role. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, organised and friendly people to join our District Nursing team which is based in North & West Cardiff Locality.
