We are seeking a committed, compassionate and proactive Inclusion Officer to join the growing pastoral team at Leigh Academy Rainham. As our Inclusion Officer, you will work closely with students who need additional behavioural, emotional, support to thrive in a mainstream setting. You will lead targeted interventions, manage individual support plans, and build strong relationships with students, families and staff to promote a culture of empathy, accountability, and personal growth.
