Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-Level End-User Support Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing IT support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have a calm and balanced temperament, the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and the confidence to support VIPs. Previous experience in the financial sector is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for desktop/laptop users in a Windows environment. Manage, troubleshoot, and support Windows 10 , Windows Server 2012/2016 , and Active Directory . Support Microsoft Exchange (EXCH & EXO) and Microsoft Office 365 applications. Administer Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune for device management. Use PowerShell for basic scripting and automation (Exchange Online / Azure). Support conferencing tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams . Troubleshoot hardware issues related to Thin Clients, Laptops, and iOS devices . Prioritize and manage multiple tickets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Deliver support to VIP users with professionalism and discretion. Required Skills: Windows 10 & Windows Server 2012/2016 onwards Active Directory Microsoft Exchange (EXCH & EXO) Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft 365 services (including Endpoint Manager/Intune) Basic PowerShell scripting (Exchange Online / Azure) Zoom and Microsoft Teams Hardware support (Thin Clients, Laptops, iOS devices).
