Requirements Must have: - Demonstrable experience of developing and customising solutions using C#, TypeScript, and Power Platform Solutions (including Power Pages, Power Apps, Flows). - Development management experience within a team utilizing .NET and C# in an Agile environment. - Experience in documenting defects/enhancements and implementing solutions. - Proficiency in working with Agile development methodologies using Azure DevOps. - Familiarity with continuous integration / continuous development (CI/CD) pipelines. - Hands-on experience with data migration/integration using third-party systems or similar technologies. - Knowledge of audit requirements for a development function. - A strong lead Developer with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. - A commitment to equality and diversity in service delivery. Responsibilities: - Lead a multi-disciplinary development team in an Agile environment, focusing on code development and overseeing technical IT changes and projects. - Direct activities to maximize team effectiveness using an iterative approach. - Undertake line management responsibilities, including performance management for team members. - Ensure that development projects are delivered on time and align with business requirements and end-user needs. - Manage the development and deployment of new applications, systems software, and enhancements to existing applications. - Ensure new software integrations meet functional requirements, compliance, and interface specifications. - Coach project and scrum teams on development standards and best practices, and review techniques used in all development types. - Provide regular progress reports to senior management and participate in project meetings with business stakeholders to understand and deliver projects.
