About the Role: As part of a small friendly team, you will teach all aspects of the nursing curriculum across all our courses BSC, Nursing associates and Degree apprentices. We will support you to fulfil your potential and become part of an enthusiastic and innovative team. You will be expected to teach lectures, seminars and skills. You will be a personal tutor to a group of students being responsible for their progression through the course to qualification. To help guide and support you will be assigned a mentor to help you navigate the challenges that will inevitably arise moving into any new role. Personal Attributes; You need to be registered with the NMC on either the adult or child branch register. You need a degree and preferably a higher qualification, relevant to your specialism. Significant clinical experience is important as students value very highly insights from experienced practitioners. We as a team value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn- as in the NHS in education the only constancy is change. Willingness to undertake a PgCert in your probationary period is essential.
