The Role Our Management Interns are future C-Levels, Leaders, Managing Directors, and Heads of Divisions within our company. The management trainee program equips the highly talented and intensely hard working with the know-how to execute, operate, and scale large components of our business. This fast-tracks you to a higher-value add position, to propel us forward and grow quickly together. This manifests as 3 month and 6 month internship positions that result in high responsibility full time offers if sufficient performance is upheld. About us: PropTech Connect was established in December 2022. With a core team of four, we hosted Europe’s Largest Real Estate Technology Conference in September 2023. We have also built the fastest growing community of senior industry executives, who we engage with on a daily basis via a number of products and services. Upon doing this, we have solidified ourselves the leading real estate technology media company. The goal is to drive technology adoption in the world’s largest asset class - Real Estate. We do this by connecting executives from traditional real estate companies, entrepreneurs, and investors. Within the next 6 years, we’re on track to host 30,000 executives, investors, and entrepreneurs globally - across 4 continents. We’re blasting ahead right on target to that goal. This will turn us into a real estate global media giant, and we'll be launching new products along the way. You will be an instrumental part of that journey, developing marketing strategies, opening revenue streams, networking with senior executives, hiring hardworking intelligent talent, and working alongside a driven team who has your back and will also rely on you. Your mission: Take ownership of a division within our business (either the entirety, or a component of marketing, sales, product, operations, finance) to build that component of company and drive the business forwards. With everything you do you approach it with relentless drive and your end ambition is to continue to grow the largest community of real estate leaders in the world and turn us into a global media giant within real estate. About you: What we expect from you: We are looking for hungry business managers to help us reach our objectives. Industry experience is not a requirement, but you do need to be highly ambitious, forward-thinking and driven to inspire and lead our team. Furthermore, having a UK work permit is also a requirement. Experience recommended: 0 - 2 years in management consulting, banking, PE, leading established organization, fast growing startup / scale-up, b2b marketing consultant / agency. Furthermore, we are looking for candidates who: Have a relentless drive and desire to be the very best at what they do; Possess and unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency; Take ownership of everything they do, are proactive and follow through on commitments; Are curious about people and love to speak, build and nurture relations; Are an excellent communicator (especially) verbally and in writing; Are well-organised and display the ability to structure and prioritise their work. Can turn abstraction into clear value-adding processes. Your Responsibilities Responsibilities in this job will vary however, they will be mostly centred around: Leading research to identify rising trends that will define the future of the industry. Creating comprehensive content programs with formats that produce best-in-class conference experience and engagement. Maintaining and developing long-standing and fruitful relationships with industry-leading companies, new and existing senior executives across the globe. Preparing and aligning with such key senior executives at leading companies for the delivery of top quality content and interactions on stage. Identifying processes to scale the company alongside methods to improve efficiency. Location : London, England, United Kingdom
