YOUR MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: This is a hybrid role for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Executive, blending campaign planning with email marketing and customer retention strategy. Campaign Planning: Collaboration with stakeholders across the business to plan promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns to deliver business goals. Chairing regular cross-functional marketing meetings and managing the marketing calendar, ensuring effective planning and delivery of campaigns across all customer touchpoints. Leading the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns — including initial briefs, project management of content production and campaign launches and running campaign post-implementation reviews. Coordination of messaging across channels to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Monitor campaign performance, report key insights and iterate based on learnings. Email Marketing and Customer Retention: Manage end-to-end email strategy — from writing compelling copy to campaign setup and deployment. Work with the creative team to produce assets that align with brand tone and visuals. Optimize performance through A/B testing, deliverability best practices, and data-driven insights. Develop lead capture strategies and own tactics to grow and segment the email list. Own the customer lifecycle journey and develop strategies to improve retention, loyalty, and repeat purchase rates – leveraging behavioral data to create personalized experiences. Build and optimize automated email flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) Launch and manage loyalty programs and referral initiatives. Analyze churn behavior and implement proactive tactics to retain high-value customers. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Strong campaign planning and project management experience. Proven success in customer retention, lifecycle, or CRM roles. Hands-on experience with email platforms (Klaviyo preferred). Comfortable analysing data and making insights-driven decisions. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
