In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with the COO and senior leaders across four operational sites, providing strategic financial insight to drive key decisions. Leading a team of 4 Finance Business Partners, you'll deliver robust budgeting, forecasting, product costings and scenario planning, while promoting continuous improvement and enhancing ROI across the business. What you get from us Six figure package Annual bonus Car allowance £7k Employer matched pension up to 7% BUPA - Family cover Flexible benefits including Corporate gym discounts, shopping discounts, enhanced maternity & paternity policy and many more Access to online GP & life assurance Key responsibilities Provide robust analysis of key financial data to the COO and their leadership team to support strategic business decisions Proactively initiate financial analysis and present recommendations to the executive team to drive operational improvements and enhance ROI Deliver accurate and insightful daily reporting on operational performance Oversee the operations finance business partners, ensuring their activities align with business strategy and operational priorities Drive the development of the FBP team through coaching and performance management to ensure a culture of excellence Act as a key member of the senior leadership team, holding peers accountable for strategic delivery, expected behaviours and culture Anticipate and proactively address potential issues with practical financial solutions Champion a culture of continuous improvement across finance and operational stakeholders Lead the identification and implementation of productivity initiatives within operations Requirements ACCA/CIMA qualification required Business partnering at board level Previous management experience in a Finance Business Partnering role Experience in manufacturing/retail environment in a business partnering role is desirable Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong proficiency in Excel and general IT systems Nature’s Way Foods is the leading manufacturer of prepared salads, coleslaw and “food-to-go” for retailers and QSR, and as such we work closely with farmers across Europe.
