Is so then we have a great role as a Team Leader to join our East Dunbartonshire Kirkintolloch Road Service! Your new opportunity We are looking for a Team Leader to join our services within our Kirkintilloch Road Service which is a service which provides a wide range and support for people with physcial and learning disabilities. At Kirkintilloch Road, we strive to offer a service that is truly person-centred, ensuring that the vision of the People We Support is encapsulated in policy and service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth, effective running of this service and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all organisational administrative tasks as well as ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered. The Team leader will be responsible for managing their own time and support hours, they will be supported by Project Managers. This is a full time permanent working 39 hours per week. Our staff work on a rota system over 24 hours. The team leader will be responsible for completing rotas to ensure shifts are covered and support is consistent over 24 hours. Ability to apply transferable life experience and skills to support and enable individuals. Excellent problem solver who is driven by positive outcomes. Resilient, reliable and an excellent listener. Good IT & communication skills. Due to the location of the services and shift patterns we recommend candidates have access to their own transport. What's in it for you?
