Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, Physiotherapist to join our highly experienced and supportive Critical Care Therapy team. This post will provide specialist patient care and treatment on the Critical Care Unit at Royal Blackburn Hospital.We are looking for a Physiotherapist with a special interest in critical care, complex rehabilitation with experience in the assessment and treatment of critical care patients. You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent patient centered care to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.Active involvement in training and development of yourself and others is a key requirement. You will participate in quality improvement, new models of working, clinical audit, and continued professional development.Within the team we will offer professional support and an individualised job plan which includes protected service development time and regular clinical supervision.
