Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Store Manager for seamless store operations
Foster the growth and development of store colleagues
Efficiently manage stock and customer accounts
Work with colleagues to meet and exceed sales targets
Inspire and deliver first-class customer service
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships
About You:
Proven experience in supervising a store and reviewing performance
Understanding the importance of nurturing and developing a high-performing team
Ability to motivate and inspire colleagues
Proficient computer skills and numerical acumen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
