Job summaryCompliance OfficerDepartment: EstatesBand 7 £43,742 - £50,056 Per annumHours: 37.5 hours per week, all MKUH roles will be considered for flexible workingMKUH Estates team are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to audit in-line with the Premises Assurance Model and conduct internal and external client audits, identifying compliance with statutory compliance to relevant Health Technical Memoranda, legislation, regulations and best practice for all Estates maintenance activities, advising where improvements are required, and supporting the department achieve those aims.The role includes management of Health & Safety systems including the creation and review of Health & Safety and COSHH risk assessments for maintenance activities.
