Following continued growth we are now looking to recruit a qualified Health & Social Care Trainer to strengthen the training team.
Key responsibilities will include -
Conduct training sessions for new employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job effectively.
Carry out refresher training as required and in line with CQC/OFSTED requirements.
Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques.
Assess trainee performance and provide feedback to help them improve.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training programmes
About you
You`ll have significant experience and a good understanding of the Health and Social Care Industry along with a recognised teaching qualification - PTLLS / AET or similar.
Ideally you`ll also have Train the Trainer qualifications in Manual Handling and First Aid too.
Personal skills and qualities:
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
