Home Manager based at Willowcroft, Derby Available Hours: Permanent - Full Time - 37.5 hours per week. About the role As a Home Manager you will lead, inspire and engage your team to deliver an outstanding quality of personalised care and support to our residents enabling them to live later life well. You will be accountable for the commercial and financial performance of the home including occupancy levels and operating profit whilst ensuring regulatory compliance. About you You will be an experienced Home Manager with inspirational leadership skills, a passion for adult social care and track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care through continuous improvement. We are looking for a confident communicator with strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking ability coupled with a compassionate and resilient nature. About the home At Willowcroft care home in Spondon, we provide residential and residential dementia care for our 60 residents, in modern yet homely, en suite accommodation. It's a wonderfully calm and welcoming space, with a real community atmosphere. Every detail of the home's layout and facilities is designed to enhance the independence and dignity of residents, from the mini-fridges and plasma TVs with Freeview in every room to a secure garden specially landscaped for use by people with dementia. Willowcroft is located on Nottingham Road, on the spacious site of the former Angler's Arms. The care home is close to local amenities and a large Asda supermarket.
