Overview of the Role I am looking for a full-time Homeless Outreach Worker. You will be supporting those who are out on the street and sleeping rough, trying to encourage them to get into supported accommodation. To support individuals who are currently rough sleeping to move away from the streets into settled and secure accommodation. Delivering person centred support to service users, enabling them to secure suitable accommodation and to meet their immediate needs, enabling them to live a more sustainable and fulfilling life.
