Supporting SLT members to undertake consultancy to increase understanding of emerging needs at the various levels where leaders are working to transform and integrate services.Supporting and working responsibilitiesProject ManagementResponsible for organising key project meetings, engagement, and workshop sessions, booking venues, sending invites, taking minutes.Attending and/or facilitating meetings where agreed and present on progress, ensuring that all actions are logged and followed up as required.Manage programme schedules and resource dependencies and conflict between initiatives.Manage the end-to-end procedures relating to all aspects of the project lifecycle.Support the team to ensure the timely capture of lessons learned throughout the project life
