Job summaryManaging Director- Community Services & IntegrationFull Time - VSMThe Managing Director for Community Services and Integration will provide executive levelleadership and be responsible at board level for Adult Community Services and the Integrationagenda. Within this, this post will also be responsible day to day for the Croydon Place team of the ICS supporting the Place Based Leader for Health. Working in tandem with the Managing Director - Acute Services, they will ensure the Trust's operational services are delivered in asafe and effective way.Proposed Interview Date - 2nd July 2024Main duties of the job1. To act as executive lead for the Trust's adult community services delivery. Specifically to ensure a focus on the safe delivery of care, developing a strong community offer, working with primary care to maximise the integration of care. They will also support the Managing Director for Acute Services responsibilities to achieve urgent and emergency care targets including the 4 and 12 hour standards and ambulance handover target.2. To act as line manager for the Croydon place team supporting the Chief Executive and Place Based Leader for Health and Primary Care leads in developing a new way of working for the place team within the ICS post management restructure.3. To support the ICORS directorate which is primarily focussed on community service delivery and integration. Specifically to ensure the delivery of quality, operational and financial targets as currently established in plans for 2024/25 working through the performance management process.4. With the Medical Director, provide line management support to the Clinical Director of ICORS5.
