Job summaryThe post holder will work in close collaboration with the Associate Director, Service Manager, Clinical Lead and Heads of Discipline, to ensure that all operational issues relating to the CAMHS service in the relevant borough/service are managed effectively and efficiently.The post holder will have a key role in developing, collecting and analysing performance information that supports the provision of the borough services, and service developments.The post holder will have a key role in managing the daily activities of the service across the relevant site, liaising extensively with front-line staff and developing a coherent and standardised approach to service performance by developing relevant policies and protocols that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the service, and which also ensure a safe and secure environment for all staff and service users.Main duties of the jobThey will be responsible for delegated aspects of the budget.
