Job summaryBand 2 - Outpatient Receptionist: 37.5 hrs/week - Monday to Friday - 8.45am to 5pm (45mins lunchbreak)An exciting opportunity is now available within our Stratford Outpatients services, based at Stratford Health Centre. You will be part of a small dedicated admin team, supporting the Adult Community Mental Health Services with delivering clinical out-patient and home treatment care to the local South Warwickshire communities.This post is fixed term for 12 months to support the current post holder with a development opportunity.Main duties of the jobWe're looking for applicants ideally with previous admin/reception experience to join our current admin team in providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to clinicians and managers, supporting the growing demand for provision of care within adult mental health services.We are looking for someone who is friendly and approachable with effective communication skills, who can build good working relationships within a fast-paced environment. Accurate data inputting/management of our electronic care records system (Carenotes), managing clinic room bookings, sending appointment letters, scanning, uploading, printing, as well as other general day to day admin duties and the ability to exercise judgement and work unsupervised to meet deadlines.Skills and Experience: Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office systems is essential whilst training will be provided for in-house systems and processes such as Carenotes, etc.You may be required to travel to attend training, for which travel expenses would be paid.Interviews will take place face-to-face.
