The Health and Social Care Academy is an exciting project delivered in partnership by our four local Trusts, Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust, George Eliot NHS Trust, South Warwickshire Foundation Trust and University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire.You will work specifically with care leavers providing pastarol support, advice and guidance to care leavers helping them to fulfill their potential.You will develop focus groups for care leavers. Please apply for this job as soon as you can, if interested.Main duties of the jobAct as the first point of contact for dealing with enquiries and provide guidance in relation to employability initiatives, as well as other widening access and participation activities. Take action as necessary and liaise with stakeholders and colleagues where required.
