Job brief: Position- Personal Assistant. Our client, ESSENTIAL-HEALTHCARE LTD, based in Leicester is an established business in Leicester and company is constantly growing due to the growing demand in the local area. Essential-Healthcare Ltd, as a business, in the field of pharmaceutical products. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team at Prestige Pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate a keen ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives. Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports. Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communications. Assist with project management tasks, including research, data analysis, and documentation. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and expense management. Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Commerce, Communications, or related field preferred. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus. Salary-: £35000 to £40000, depending on experience. Location: Leicester, UK.
