Job summaryWe are looking to recruit enthusiastic, motivated Registered Nurses with excellent communication and clinical practice skills with a desire to work with our learner Health Care Support Workers (HCSW s) in practice and support their learning needs. You will need a flexible approach to working across the trust to support HCSW's . This is a pivotal role that supports us to develop teams that can deliver the right care at the right time.The role aims to support HCSWs, new to care HCSWs and HCSW apprenticeships. You will enhance the quality of nursing practice and patient experience.Applicants must already hold their NMC PIN number and shortlisted applicants will be asked to attend a formal interview.Part time post - 15 hours per weekMain duties of the jobThe clinical educator roles are designed to influence the quality of the clinical learning environment by providing support, educational input and development activities for staff. The role aims to provide both pastoral and clinical skills support.The clinical educator will support HCSWs with induction to the Trust, achievement of the Care Certificate and ongoing training and development.The role will involve supporting HCSW in Practice and the post holder will need to be clinically competent and sufficiently experienced to do so. You will provide support and advice to the clinical teams.
