Job summaryA unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our award-winning team as a Respiratory Clinical Educator. We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and driven Nurse or Physiotherapist with proven clinical respiratory and leadership skills to join our friendly multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will successfully plan and deliver respiratory education programs to a range of staff, healthcare professionals and patients across our locality to ensure safe and high standards of patient management.The successful candidate will be highly motivated and be able to motivate others. They will be able to evidence excellent communication and be committed to excellence in the workplace. They will have previous experience of clinical skills of community oxygen assessment, pulmonary rehabilitation, supported discharge and admission avoidance.Main duties of the jobThis role is integral to ensuring the team delivers high quality, evidenced based care, and achieves the outcomes set out in the service contract. They will be passionate about the development of respiratory care and be able to contribute to the management and strategic development of the service in support of the Clinical Service Lead.As a service we pride ourselves on the teaching and the development of our staff.
