(TS16 0DP) About the Role In your role as a Senior Care Assistant at MHA, you will have the responsibility of guiding and motivating a dedicated team of care assistants to deliver exceptional care to our residents, ensuring they can enjoy a fulfilling later life. About You As a Senior Care Assistant, it is essential that you possess a genuine passion for providing care to older individuals. Along with previous experience in the field of care, you must hold at least an NVQ level 2 or its equivalent in health and social care. Furthermore, you should be willing to pursue a level 3 qualification. Your role will also involve leading, coaching, and motivating a team to ensure the delivery of top-notch care. In addition to the required qualifications, you should possess a kind, warm, and caring nature. Collaborating effectively within a team while also demonstrating initiative is crucial.
