Job summaryWe are looking to recruit an experienced Occupational Therapist to support the service delivery for children & young people with complex needs across Worcestershire. The role aims to deliver OT evidence-based clinical pathways to support improved health outcomes for children with complex conditions. The full-time post will be based at The Beacon Centre in Worcester covering the area of Worcestershire. The post is full time (37.5 hours).The post holder will bring clinical experience and expertise to the role at an exciting time of supporting the transformation of OT services for children with complex needs. This includes knowledge and skills in evidence-based OT approaches including the provision of specialist equipment. You will oversee projects and quality improvement initiatives to design and embed clinical pathways to meet the needs of those with complex physical needs.You will sit within the community OT team providing specialist assessments, interventions and implementing effective outcome measures including the provision of specialist equipment.
