Job summaryWe are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated, Workforce Business Partner at Royal Papworth Hospital in Cambridge.Due to the promotion of one of our current Workforce Business partners an opportunity has arisen for a 12 month fixed term (secondment for current NHS employees) Workforce Business partner post. post holder will support the wider Trust by advising on the application of terms and conditions of service, best practice, policies /procedures and new legislation including equality and diversity legislation as well as project work where the need arises.The skills we are looking for are attention to detail, tact, patience, the ability to liaise with colleagues throughout the Hospital and beyond, excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and respectful manner.The ideal candidate will have a strong team work ethic, sense of accountability, accompanied by an ability to work under time restraints and pressure at times.
